You sold it. We'll put it in the ground right.

Installs that reflect well on your equipment.

CPSI on Crew Open-Source Installer Five-State Coverage GA SC TN FL NC

Your equipment, your customer, our responsibility.

01

Certified And Experienced

Factory-trained installers with CPSI-credentialed inspectors on the crew. Installed to your specification and to ASTM F1487 — which keeps your warranty intact and keeps a failed inspection from becoming a claim against your equipment.

02

An Open-Source Installer

We're not owned by a manufacturer and we don't carry a line. We install any brand, to any spec — which means we're never selling your customer something else while we're standing on your site. Your equipment is the only thing we're there to put in the ground.

03

We Close Our Own Punch Lists

Missing hardware, a component that arrived damaged, a detail the customer wants revisited. We handle it and report it closed. Your regional manager doesn't become the intermediary on our workmanship.

04

Five States, One Call

Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and North Carolina. Same crews and the same standard across all five, so you're not qualifying a new installer every time a project lands in a different state.

In front of your customer, we're your install crew.

Pro Play crew installing on a customer site
  • We don't sell against you, or for you. Product questions go back to you or your rep. We're not going to speculate about a component we didn't specify.
  • We don't badmouth the spec. If the design has a problem, we call your coordinator. We don't work it out loud in front of the buyer.
  • Damaged or short shipments come to you first. With photos and a count, the day we find it — not in a punch list three weeks later.
  • The site is clean when we leave it. Packaging broken down and hauled, hardware accounted for, nothing left for the customer's staff to deal with.

What you can hand us.

Full equipment installation

Structures, freestanding play, inclusive components, outdoor fitness, and shade. Assembled and anchored to your specification.

Safety surfacing

Poured-in-place rubber, bonded rubber, tile, engineered wood fiber, and synthetic turf, installed to the fall height the equipment requires and to ASTM F1292.

Concrete and footings

Footings, pads, containment curbing, borders, and accessible walks poured to the elevation the surfacing depth actually needs.

Demolition and removal

Existing equipment, failed surfacing, and concrete breakout, hauled off. Frequently the phase that decides whether the rest of the schedule holds.

Site prep coordination

Grading, drainage, and access sequenced so the install doesn't stall waiting on the site.

Park amenities

Benches, tables, receptacles, bike racks, signage, and shelters, whether or not they came from you.

Freight receiving and staging

We take delivery, check it in against the BOM, and stage components in install sequence.

Warranty and service calls

Repairs, part replacements, retrofits, and inspection remediation on equipment we installed and on equipment we didn't.

Punch-list remediation

Including cleaning up an install somebody else walked away from. We'll assess honestly and tell you what's salvageable.

If it belongs in a play space, we can install it. If it's outside our scope, we'll say so and tell you who does it well.

One point of contact, and a paper trail.

One coordinator, named

You get a single person who owns the job start to finish. Not a dispatch line, not whoever picks up. They know your project, your customer, and your schedule.

Shop drawing and BOM review before we mobilize

We read the drawings and the bill of materials before the truck is loaded, and we flag discrepancies then. Finding a missing footing detail on install day costs everybody a week.

Freight, receiving, and staging

Tell us the delivery window and we'll take it. Components get checked against the BOM on arrival, photographed if anything's wrong, and staged in install sequence rather than dropped in a pile.

Reporting on whatever cadence you want

Daily photos, weekly summary, or nothing until it's done. Some coordinators want a running log and some want to be left alone. Both are fine — just tell us which.

Documentation package at closeout

Completion photos, inspection notes, surfacing depth and impact documentation, and anything your warranty file needs. Sent without you asking twice.

Insurance and compliance paperwork on file

Certificates, W-9, licensing, and safety documentation. Once, up front, so it isn't a two-day delay on every new project.

Where we go, and how fast.

Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and North Carolina. Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee are our primary markets; Florida and North Carolina are regular work with more travel planning attached.

States Covered

6

Concurrent Crews

Got a project outside these five states? Ask anyway. If we can't crew it we'll say so, and we may know who can.

We install to your spec, not ours.

Factory-trained crews

Our crews are factory-trained on the equipment we install and we build to the manufacturer's specification across all five states. Your warranty, your reputation, and your customer all survive the install.

No exclusivity, no conflicts

We aren't tied to one line, and we don't compete with the people who hire us. Whoever's name is on the equipment, the install reflects on you — we treat it that way.

We're not exclusive to any manufacturer. If your equipment is new to our crews, send the manuals and we'll tell you honestly what certification or training the install needs before we quote it.

From your call to a closed file.

01

Scope & Drawings

Send the drawings, the BOM, the site info, and the target date. We read it before we price it.

02

Quote

Line-item pricing by scope so you can see what's driving the number and cut or add without a full requote.

03

Pre-Mobilization

Delivery window confirmed, receiving arranged, site conditions verified, discrepancies flagged. Nothing surprises anybody on day one.

04

Install

Our crews, our surfacing, our concrete. Photo documentation on whatever cadence you asked for.

05

Closeout & Punch

Final inspection, documentation package, punch items closed by us and reported closed. Then we're out of your customer's way.

We respond to every project inquiry within two business days.

Everything your file needs, once.

Certifications

  • Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), credentialed through the National Recreation and Park Association — held by multiple crew members including our head of construction
  • Installation to ASTM F1487 and current CPSC handbook guidance
  • Surfacing installed to ASTM F1292 impact attenuation

Insurance & compliance

  • General liability and workers' compensation — certificates available on request
  • W-9, licensing, and safety documentation available on request
  • Full-time in-house crews, not per-job labor

Send us these five things and we'll price it.

  • Drawings. Site plan and equipment layout. Whatever stage they're at is fine; we'll tell you what's missing.
  • Bill of materials. Or the order confirmation. We need to know what's arriving and in how many pieces.
  • Surfacing type and area. Material, depth or fall height requirement, and square footage. This is usually the biggest single variable in the number.
  • Site conditions. Access for equipment, existing grade, drainage, what's currently there, and whether demolition is in scope.
  • Target dates. Equipment delivery window and the date the customer expects to use it.

Don't have all five? Send what you have. Most of what we need in the first conversation is the site and the date.

Common questions from manufacturers and reps.

Do you install equipment from any manufacturer?

Yes, routinely. We're not exclusive to any manufacturer. For equipment our crews haven't handled before, send the installation manuals with the quote request and we'll tell you what training or certification the install needs before we commit to it.

Will you install equipment you didn't receive?

Yes, though we'd rather take delivery ourselves. If it's already on site, we'll check it against the BOM before we start and document anything missing or damaged before we touch it. Installing from an unverified delivery is how a shortage becomes an argument about who lost it.

Can you take surfacing only?

Yes. Surfacing-only scopes are common — either the equipment install is going in-house or another crew has it. We'll need the fall height requirement and confirmation that the sub-base and containment are ours or theirs.

What happens if there's a problem with the equipment?

You hear about it first, with photos, the day we find it. We don't raise equipment problems with the end customer and we don't improvise a fix on a structural component. Small things — a wrong-length bolt, a missing cap — we'll usually just solve and tell you afterward.

Will you handle warranty and service calls after the install?

Yes, on equipment we installed and on equipment we didn't. Service work in our five states is something we'd rather have than not, including inspection remediation and retrofits. If you need a standing arrangement for service coverage in a state, that's a conversation worth having.

Can you fix an install another crew got wrong?

Yes, and we'll be straight with you about what we find. Sometimes it's a punch list. Sometimes the footings are wrong and the honest answer is that it comes out and goes back in.

We'll document it and give you options rather than quietly building on top of a problem.

Got equipment landing in the Southeast?

Send us the drawings, the BOM, and the date your customer expects to use it. You'll get line-item pricing and a straight answer on whether the schedule is real. We respond within two business days.
