Are you tied to one manufacturer?
No. We're an open-source installer. Whatever the owner or landscape architect specced, we can install it — any major manufacturer, to that manufacturer's standard.
Do you self-perform surfacing?
No. Surfacing is its own trade and we don't pretend otherwise. We coordinate directly with your surfacing sub on sequencing, tolerances, and handoffs so equipment and surfacing land clean.
What's your lead time on equipment?
Typical lead times run 8–14 weeks from approved submittal to delivery, depending on the manufacturer. We'll confirm current lead times against your schedule during pre-bid.
How do you handle change orders?
Written CO with pricing back to your PM within two business days. No verbal changes, no surprises on the final pay app.
Are you prevailing wage / Davis-Bacon capable?
Yes. Certified payroll delivered on your reporting schedule.
What's your response time on RFIs?
Two business days, standard. Same day if it's blocking a crew.
