Our Construction Process
How We Build It
Exactly what to expect, phase by phase.
The six-phase build
Once a project is scoped and scheduled, here's how the build runs on the ground.
-
Site Prep
Site Prep
Before our crew sets foot on your site with equipment, we do our homework. This phase is all about alignment — making sure we agree on exactly what's being built, where it's going, and how the ground needs to be shaped to support it.
- Confirm Scope
- Confirm Location
- Confirm Elevation & Slope
- Mark Playground Edges
- Excavation
- Equipment Layout
- Equipment Prep

Structure
Structure
The playground takes shape here — from posts in the ground to decks in the air to slides, climbers, and everything in between.
- Dig Holes
- Place Posts
- Set Anchor Blocks
- Build Deck Connections
- Attach Decks
- Attach Accessories
- Adjust Structure
-
Concrete
Concrete
Concrete footers anchor every post in place. This phase is quick but critical: it's what keeps your playground safe and stable for years to come.
- Final Plumb & Level Check
- Pour Concrete Footers
- Backfill Footers
-
Surfacing
Surfacing
Surfacing is one of the most important safety decisions in a playground project.
- Install Border
- Install Surfacing
Poured-in-place rubber surfacing needs a full 24-hour cure before the playground can open.
-
Finish Work

This is where a great installation gets its polish. Every bolt gets a final torque. Every surface gets cleaned.
- Install Finish Components
- Tighten All Bolts
- Remove Spoils
- Clean Equipment
- Touch-Up Paint
- Apply Stickers & Safety Labels
-
Close-Out & Handoff
Close-Out & Handoff
The final phase is about making sure you're fully satisfied — that the site is clean, the playground is exactly what was promised.
