Where we install in Florida
North and Central Florida are our core Florida territory — Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, Tallahassee, Daytona, and the Orlando and Tampa metros. South Florida projects we take selectively, generally where scope or a multi-site rollout justifies the distance. Rather than claim the whole peninsula, we'd rather be honest about where we can hold a schedule and answer a warranty call quickly.

Services
What we install in Florida
- Playground equipment installation
-
Safety surfacing — poured-in-place, engineered wood fiber, turf, tile
Heat retention and drainage differ sharply between poured-in-place, turf, tile, and engineered wood fiber. In Florida that choice matters more than almost anywhere else we work.
- Park amenities — benches, tables, grills, bike racks, receptacles
- Site prep, concrete, and borders
What's different here
What Florida projects actually require
Heat is a usability spec
A playground that is too hot to touch by 11 a.m. is a playground that isn't being used. Surfacing selection, color, and shade coverage decide whether a site works nine months a year or three. We raise it during specification because it can't be fixed afterward without replacing surfacing.
Wind ratings and permitting
Shade structures and canopies in Florida need engineering and anchoring appropriate to local wind requirements, and permitting expectations vary by jurisdiction.
Sandy subgrade and water
Sand moves and Florida rain arrives fast and hard. Footing design, compaction, and drainage under surfacing are what keep a site level and passing inspection instead of settling in the first two seasons.
Year-round install windows
One genuine advantage: Florida rarely has a weather-driven shutdown. Winter installation is often the easiest scheduling window of the year, and it's underused.

Questions
Florida questions
We focus on North and Central Florida, and take South Florida projects selectively — usually larger installations or multi-site work. Send us the location and scope and we'll give you a direct answer instead of a maybe.
In Florida, in most cases, yes — and not for comfort. Unshaded equipment and surfacing reach surface temperatures that limit use for a large part of the year. Shade is what determines how many months your investment is actually usable.
Winter is often the best window in Florida — dry, mild, and rarely a weather shutdown. During storm season we build schedule contingency in rather than pretending it doesn't exist.
