Coverage
Where we install in Tennessee
East Tennessee is our strongest Tennessee territory — Chattanooga, Cleveland, Knoxville, and the surrounding counties are routine. Middle Tennessee, including Nashville and the fast-growing collar counties around Murfreesboro, Franklin, and Clarksville, is regular work. We take projects in the Tri-Cities and West Tennessee based on scope, and we'll tell you plainly if the travel doesn't serve your budget.

Site prep, concrete, and borders
Sloped and rocky sites are normal here — we plan grading, borders, and access before mobilization.
What's different here
What Tennessee projects actually require
Topography drives the budget more than the equipment does
Flat sites are the exception across much of East Tennessee. Slope affects fall-zone geometry, surfacing volume, retaining and border work, drainage, and whether equipment can even be staged where the plan says. We survey for that early, because a slope discovered at mobilization becomes a change order.
Rock
Shallow bedrock is common, and it is the single most frequent cause of footing surprises in this state. We'd rather test and price it honestly than bid low and come back for more money.
Tourism-driven open dates
Sevier County, the Chattanooga riverfront, and lake and state park communities have a season, and a site that misses its opening loses a year of use. Those projects get scheduled backward from the open date.

Questions
Tennessee questions
East and Middle Tennessee are routine. Tri-Cities and West Tennessee, including Memphis, we take by scope — larger or multi-site projects where the travel makes sense for you and for us. Ask and we'll be direct about it.
It's normal, and it's the thing most often underestimated in a Tennessee bid. Slope changes surfacing quantities, border work, and access. We want to see the site or the topo before we give you a number.
We look for it before we bid. If rock is likely, we say so and price the mitigation in the proposal rather than treating it as a change order later.
