South Carolina
Playground installation, start to punch list.

Coverage
Where we install in South Carolina
Greenville and Spartanburg are close enough that we treat the Upstate as an extension of our home territory. Columbia and the Midlands are a straightforward day. Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and the coastal counties are regular work, and coastal sites bring their own requirements — salt exposure, sandy subgrade, and wind loading on shade structures all change how equipment gets specified and anchored.

What's different here
What South Carolina projects actually require
Coastal exposure is a specification problem, not a maintenance problem
From Charleston to Myrtle Beach, salt air and sandy subgrade shorten the life of the wrong hardware fast. Stainless and coated components, anchoring depth, and drainage under surfacing all get decided at spec, and that's the conversation we want to have before the order is placed.
Upstate growth, Lowcountry tourism, two different clocks
Greenville-area school and municipal work runs on a construction calendar. Coastal and resort-area work runs on a season — a site that has to be open before spring break has a hard, unmovable date. We schedule to whichever clock the project is actually on.
Small-municipality capacity
A lot of South Carolina parks departments are two or three people wearing every hat. Those clients don't need a contractor who adds coordination work. They need one who reads the drawings, handles the inspection, and calls once with the answer instead of three times with questions.

Questions
South Carolina questions
Greenville and Spartanburg are roughly a two-hour drive from our shop. That's a same-day site visit, not a scheduled trip.
Yes, regularly. Coastal installs need corrosion-resistant hardware, anchoring rated for wind, and surfacing that drains in sandy soil. We'd rather build that into the spec than warranty around it later.
