Open-Source Installer CPSI on Crew Licensed & Insured GA SC TN FL NC

Fewer contracts, fewer handoffs, fewer surprises.

01

An Open-Source Installer

We're brand-agnostic. Whatever your department specified, put out to bid, or already owns, we install it — any manufacturer, any surfacing system. You're never choosing equipment around your installer's limitations.

02

Public-Work Fluent

Bonding, submittals, inspections, retainage, and closeout documentation. We've worked inside municipal procurement long enough to know what your purchasing office and your inspector are each going to ask for, and when.

03

Certified Crews

Factory-trained installers, with CPSI-credentialed inspectors on the crew. Equipment installed to manufacturer specification and to ASTM F1487 — which protects your warranty and your inspection.

04

Five States, One Standard

Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and North Carolina. Same crews, same standard, whether it's a neighborhood pocket park or a regional facility.

What we install.

Playground equipment installation

Structures, freestanding play, inclusive components. Certified installation to manufacturer spec.

Safety surfacing

Poured-in-place rubber, engineered wood fiber, synthetic turf, and tiles. Installed to the fall height your equipment requires.

Park amenities

Shelters, pavilions, benches, tables, grills, bike racks, waste receptacles, signage.

Shade structures

Freestanding and equipment-mounted, engineered for local wind and snow load.

Concrete work

Footings, flatwork, curbs, borders, and ADA-compliant ramps and routes.

Demolition and removal

Old equipment, failed surfacing, and disposal. Usually phase one of a replacement.

Site prep coordination

Grading, drainage, and access, sequenced so the install doesn't stall waiting on the site.

If it belongs in a park, we can install it. If it's outside our scope, we'll say so and tell you who does it well.

Built around your project calendar.

01

Site Walk

We walk the park with you, look at access, grade, drainage, and what's salvageable, and tell you what the site is going to demand.

02

Budget Number

A real number you can take into a budget request or a grant application, broken out by scope so you can phase it if you need to.

03

Procurement

Whichever path you're using, we produce what your purchasing office needs — bid response, cooperative documentation, or a sub package for your GC.

04

Install

Scheduled around your season, your programming, and your public. Fencing and containment so the rest of the park stays open.

05

Inspection & Closeout

Final inspection, warranty and maintenance documentation, and a walkthrough with whoever is going to own the asset.

The documentation your file needs.

Where we work.

Procurement rules, grant programs, and permitting all change at the state line. Start with yours.

Common questions from parks departments.

Can you keep the rest of the park open during construction?

Almost always. We fence and contain the work area and sequence the install so the surrounding park stays usable. On tight sites we'll walk it with you first and be straight about what has to close and for how long.

Who's responsible for inspection?

Your authority having jurisdiction inspects and has the final say. We build to ASTM F1487 and manufacturer specification, we have CPSI-credentialed inspectors on the crew, and we'll walk the site with your inspector at closeout. We don't approve anything — we make sure there's nothing to flag.

Can you phase a project across budget years?

Yes, and it's common. The important thing is planning the whole footprint up front — grading, drainage, surfacing edges, access — so phase two isn't tearing out phase one.

Got a park that needs work?

Tell us the site, your funding source, and your target season. We'll walk it, give you a real number for your budget request, and lay out which purchasing path gets you there fastest. No charge, and no pressure if the timing isn't right yet.
