Our Construction Process

How We Build It

Exactly what to expect, phase by phase.

The six-phase build

Once a project is scoped and scheduled, here's how the build runs on the ground.

  1. Site Prep

Site Prep Confirming scope, layout, and site conditions before we start.

Before our crew sets foot on your site with equipment, we do our homework. This phase is all about alignment — making sure we agree on exactly what's being built, where it's going, and how the ground needs to be shaped to support it.

    • Confirm Elevation & Slope

  2. Structure

Structure Posts, decks, and climbers go in and take shape.

The playground takes shape here — from posts in the ground to decks in the air to slides, climbers, and everything in between.

    • Dig Holes
    • Place Posts
    • Set Anchor Blocks
    • Build Deck Connections
    • Attach Decks
    • Attach Accessories
    • Adjust Structure

  3. Concrete

Concrete Footers get poured to anchor everything for good.

Concrete footers anchor every post in place. This phase is quick but critical: it's what keeps your playground safe and stable for years to come.

  4. Surfacing

Surfacing Choosing and installing the surface that keeps kids safe.

Surfacing is one of the most important safety decisions in a playground project.

    • Install Border

Poured-in-place rubber surfacing needs a full 24-hour cure before the playground can open.

  5. Finish Work

Finish Work Bolts torqued, site cleaned, every detail buttoned up.

This is where a great installation gets its polish. Every bolt gets a final torque. Every surface gets cleaned.

    • Install Finish Components
    • Tighten All Bolts
    • Remove Spoils
    • Clean Equipment
    • Touch-Up Paint
    • Apply Stickers & Safety Labels

  6. Close-Out & Handoff

The final phase is about making sure you're fully satisfied — that the site is clean, the playground is exactly what was promised.
